Spa Policy
Age Requirement
Spa services are available to guests 18 and older.
Reservations
Guests are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability, however day-of bookings and walk-in appointments are welcome based upon availability. All reservations will be secured with a major credit card and telephone number. To schedule your appointment, please call (334) 249-4273. Hotel guests can use the “Spa” button on any guest room phone.
Cancellations
We kindly request 24-hour notice of all cancellations and appointment changes. Any missed appointments or cancellation within 24-hours will be charged the full price of the service.
Arrival and Etiquette
We encourage guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. This will allow sufficient time to change and enjoy the spa’s amenities. Please be aware your service will conclude at your scheduled time, in spite of a late arrival, to ensure the next guest is not delayed. To preserve a tranquil environment, please refrain from the use of cell phone and other electronic devices.
Attire
You will receive a locker for your personal belongings and a robe and sandals to wear during your time at the spa. Guests should avoid bringing jewelry or other valuables with them to the spa. The Spa at The Laurel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
After Treatment Care
To extend the benefits of your Spa Treatment at home, most Spa products used in treatments are available for purchase in our Spa Boutique, including lifestyle items.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase. Please contact the Spa team for further information.
Special Health Considerations
Please share any relevant health information when reserving your appointment. This includes allergies, high blood pressure, physical restrictions, and pregnancy.
Pricing Structure
Our weekday pricing is available Monday to Thursday; weekend pricing is available Friday to Sunday and on public holidays.
Tax and Gratuity
Sales tax is applied to all food, beverage and retail products. A 20% service charge will be added for your convenience to your final bill. Additional gratuity for excellent service is always welcome and is at your discretion.
